This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products and professional services offered by Phonax Store, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

I.B. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

II. PRODUCT CATEGORIES COVERED

This policy applies to all physical product categories, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Home décor items

  • Accessories and general merchandise

Rules are applied based on the nature of the product, not its name or category listing.


III. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES – GENERAL RULES

III.A. Returns

  • Returns are not automatically accepted.

  • Any request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

III.B. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Exchanges are only eligible if the item:

    • Arrived damaged

    • Was incorrect

    • Has a manufacturing defect not caused by customer use

III.C. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Refunds are not offered, except where required by law.

  • All refund-related requests are reviewed individually.


IV. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

IV.A. Hygiene & Personal Use Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All personal care or beauty items are FINAL SALE once opened or used.

IV.B. Customized & Personalized Products

  • All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

IV.C. Promotional & Clearance Items

  • Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events are FINAL SALE.

IV.D. Digital & Intangible Items

  • Digital products, online services, consultations, or any non-physical items are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.


V. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

V.A. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

V.B. Once approved, we may:

  • Offer an exchange

  • Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion


VI. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

VI.A. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
VI.B. Exceptions apply only if the issue resulted directly from an error by Phonax Store.


VII. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES POLICY

VII.A. All professional services are non-refundable once work has started.
VII.B. Work initiation may include, but is not limited to:

  • Review of customer information

  • Document preparation

  • Analysis, consultation, or administrative processing
